DIY Days is an international conference on digital storytelling, for and by creative makers. The DIY Days revolves around accessibility of ideas, resources and networks that creative people can help their project to create, distribute, finance and maintain! Creative people from all over the world come together on this day to focus on the future and sustainability of today’s media professionals and media (digital) creators
There will be four keynotes:
Lance Weiler (USA), a pioneer in transmedia storytelling and founder of DIY Days;
Tommy Pallotta (USA / NL), producer of “Waking Life” and “A Scanner Darkly”;
Nick Fortugo (USA), game designer and educator;
Geraldine de Bastion (DE), international consultant for new media and development.
Also interactive workshops will be held with different topics and experts:
Ele Jansen (DE / AUS), expert in co-creation;
Peter De Maegd (BE), producer & story architect;
Martin Ericsson (SE), trans-media storyteller;
Alison Norrington (UK), author and trans-media storyteller;
Jörgen Van Der Sloot (NL), researcher future developments;

There will also be a roundtable on financing of digital storytelling. Speakers will be:
