The TFI new media fund runs every year and grants projects between $50,000 and $100,000 to develop, as well as mentoring and peer support. To qualify, the projects must “present a non-fiction story focused on social issues and include an integrated cross-platform or new media component designed to engage and activate audiences in imaginative ways.”
In this video, Elaine Mcmillion discusses her recently released interactive documentary, Hollow, Hank Willis Thomas‘ talks about Question Bridge: Black Males – check out the current Kickstarter for their interactive platform – and Theo Rigby presents Immigrant Nation.
